After the successful rescue of a young girl kidnapped by her industrialist father, the Shadow Warriors--former Navy Seals Mike McBride (Terry "Hulk" Hogan), Roy Brown (Carl Weathers), and Hunter Wiley (Shannon Tweed)--unexpectedly find themselves facing an old nemesis--Saskissian, "The Death Merchant," an
international terrorist specializing in chemical warfare. The Death Merchant was long assumed dead. However, McBride discovers that Saskissian faked his own death and is resuming his terrorist activities. During a violent battle, McBride in injected with a deadly serum for which only Saskissian has the antidote. Now the Shadow
Warriors must switch into high gear to save not only McBride but also the Death Merchant's next target--Seattle.
