Five years later...Odaiba, which used to be full of vacant area, changed into a concrete jungle and many fashionable spots stand in a row, and became a major tourist attraction where over 40 millions people arrive every year. As growth of the number of tourists, the staff of Wangan Police Station are terribly busy with tourist information, missing children, and traffic control every day. In such a time, odd murder occurs.
