A new type of gang has taken over the troubled violent inner cities of the U.K. Tired of hopeless government initiatives and bad policing, younger more focused activists respond by creating their own community infrastructure. Built around different karate clubs each gang has now garnered a formidable reputation protecting their neighbourhoods from social and moral collapse. A national truce has meant that the gangs work quietly together while maintaining no-go zones in each of their respective cities.
