Professor Alex and his wife Aniuska move into the huge mansion left to Aniuska by her late father, who was a scientist. Alex is very much in love with his wife but she no longer cares for him. Alex discovers her late father's diary and laboratory. He soon becomes obsessed with his experiments in the reanimation of the dead. An accident occurs during an attempt to revive the family dog that causes Alex to mutate into a bloodthirsty murderer. Meanwhile in the village, several people have been brutally attacked by a vicious killer.
