After the death of Amar's father, he is taken under the care of Daya, and attempts to regain his life. Behind the scenes though, his foster uncle has set his eye on Amar's inherited wealth, and begins planning how to take it away. Meanwhile, Amar's secret love Pooja has fallen for Vijay. The goodhearted Amar decides to help Vijay, and gives him a job in his company. When Vijay's plane crashes, and he disappears, Amar takes the now pregnant Pooja into his house to care for her. But when Vijay resurfaces, he lets his rage loose on Amar and his family. During the chaos, the plan to steal away Amar's wealth is set into motion, and Amar may soon find himself without love, friendship, and fortune.
