It's a supernatural smackdown when crazy Dr. Krupp, better known as the fiendish arch-criminal The Bat, is obsessed with finding the Treasure of the Aztecs which, of course, just happens to be guarded by Popoca, a living, grinning Aztec Mummy. All of which is bad news for lovely Miss Flora, the reincarnation of the Mummy's girlfriend! Kidnapped by Krupp, Flora is whisked off to one of the Aztec pyramids where, in a hypnotic trance, she leads the bad guys to the treasure, and her mummified ex-beau! But wait! Before Krupp can claim victory, he must first deal with The Angel, a costumed superhero who comes to Flora's aid. But not even The Angel can stand in the way of a lovesick Popoca and The Curse of the Aztec Mummy! Plus, the Moldy Oldie returns when The Bat and his boys again try to steal the Aztec treasure, this time with the help of "The Human Robot," a mechanical man Krupp cobbled together in his Mad-Doctor-style lab. Needing the Mummy's breastplate to locate the treasure, Krupp once more hypnotizes Flora to find Popoca (who's been sleeping quite peacefully in a local cemetery, thank you) until it all ends in a showdown for Monster Movie Supremacy when The Robot vs. the Aztec Mummy!
