Australia, 1989, is on the verge of civil war as one man, Joe Welch, has paralyzed the government, leaving the country in a state of total panic. Years earlier, Joan Welch, Joe's pro-communist mother, was invited to the Kremlin by Stalin to meet the great leader. But what happened during her visit sparked a fateful turn of events.
