Texas - Hollywood is a dusty town of the West - Almeria - where for decades films have not been shot. There Julian, a veteran stuntman of cinema, and a series of marginalized and nostalgic others who make a living recreating pathetic scenes of action for the little tourists who visit the area.
Overnight, their world is shattered by the appearance of Carlos, a boy who claims to be the grandson of Julian, and Laura, his mother, who has insisted on making life bitter for all of them.
