A man suffering from excruciating stomach pains discovers that the last gateway to hell has just opened up in his gut, and attempts to prevent the demons of the underworld from crossing through his abs and wrecking havoc in our reality. Newlyweds Michael and Marianne had just moved into their home when Michael begins suffering from severe stomach pains. But this is much more than a simple ulcer, and when basic remedies fail to alleviate his pain Michael realizes that the problem is much more serious than he ever suspected. Demonologist Victor has made a fatal miscalculation, and as a result Michael's stomach has become a portal straight to hell. Realizing that there are people who would try and use this portal for the powers of evil, Michael and Marianne go on the run while doing battle with the horrific creatures that continually emerge from his stomach at the most inopportune times. Upon arriving in what appears to be a deserted town the couple quickly discovers that the monsters have taken over, and that it may already be too late to close the gate.
