In a daring high-rise heist, master thief King Kong (Cantonese pop star Sam Hui) steals a fortune in diamonds from the mob and frames another crook for the crime. But when Kong's partner is murdered and the jewels go missing, he must team with a bumbling American detective (the hilarious Karl Maka) and a tough Hong Kong policewoman (Sylvia Chang of EAT DRINK MAN WOMAN and TWIN DRAGONS) for an uneasy partnership filled with odd tattoos, narrow escapes and some of the wildest chase scenes ever filmed. In this second MAD MISSION adventure, the unlikely partnership of master thief King Kong (Sam Hui), bumbling detective Kodyjack (Karl Maka) and Superintendent Ho (Sylvia Chang) are sent undercover to bust an underworld diamond deal. In between, the team must tangle with lethal transformer robots, evade American hit man Filthy Harry, avoid an escaped mental patient from the FBI (a hilarious performance by legendary action director Tsui Hark) and defuse some very sensitive time bombs strapped to their bodies. Mix in some of the most amazing chase scenes in the entire series, and you've got the maddest mission yet!

King Kong is commissioned by a man who claims to be Mr Bond, special agent from the British Secret Service to recover for the Queen precious stones stolen from her crown which are now in Hong Kong. Back in Hong Kong, a Secret Service man from the Bond Street Headquarters, Mr Tom Collins, has just arrived to find out a gang of notorious international crooks led by Mr Bond. After King Kong has carried out his mission successfully for Mr Bond, he is summoned by the Governor to assist Collins in retrieving the stolen goods and catch Mr Bond's gang.

The invention of a prism - a special brain stimulant, gets King Kong and Inspector into a series of dangerous adventures. The lives of Inspector Ho and her son, Baldy Junior are also threatened by the villains.

Two friends who own an investment firm turn to a policeman friend for help when they are framed for robbery by a gang of antiquities smugglers.
